1. Acceptance

By using Zuvaa ("the Service"), provided by VueTales, Inc. ("Zuvaa", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Zuvaa is a personal finance coaching service delivered via WhatsApp and web. The Service may include expense tracking, budgeting, goals, streaks, subscription tracking, and AI-generated coaching replies.

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

The Service uses large language models to generate coaching replies and categorizations. Output may be inaccurate or incomplete.

Important: Zuvaa is not a licensed financial advisor. Coaching output is informational, not financial, legal, or tax advice. Verify important decisions with a qualified professional.

The Service operates on a freemium model. A free tier is available; paid plans unlock additional features. Pricing, billing cycles, accepted payment methods, and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable; you may cancel a paid plan at any time and it will not renew at the next cycle. We may update pricing with reasonable advance notice.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third parties including Meta / WhatsApp, cloud providers, and model providers. Their terms apply to their portions of the service.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion (see User Data Deletion). We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, security risk, or legal requirement.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zuvaa's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD 100.

Zuvaa is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Zuvaa harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. For material changes, we will notify you.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms.
