Zuvaa ("we", "us", "our") is a personal finance coaching service delivered via WhatsApp and web, operated by VueTales, Inc.

This policy explains what personal data Zuvaa collects, why we collect it, how we use and share it, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it.

Your data is primarily stored and processed in India and the United States. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses, adequacy decisions, or equivalent safeguards entered into with our sub-processors.

8. Retention

On account deletion, data is removed per the schedule in User Data Deletion.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, rectify, delete, port, restrict, or object to processing of your data, and to withdraw consent.

10. Security

We use encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, and least-privilege credentials. No system is perfectly secure — report suspected incidents to security@zuvaa.app.

Zuvaa is not intended for users under 16 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
